Research Findings Extensive studies are conducted in the field of ways and means individual productivity that can be enhanced. Such an ambience allowing play at work enhances employee morale and helps increase their productivity at workplace. Research findings reflect that one of the ways in which productivity is enhanced is by employee engagement through employee motivation and job design. Job has been considered the most prominent and important factor that has an integral role in employee performance. Hence, in order to provide support to the same, corporations and employees need to engage in training sessions that provides knowledge based learning as well as skill development for increasing productivity(Bratton, 2012). Training and learning regarding the job provides employees a sense of belonging as well as details regarding the job, hence acts as a motivator for productivity enhancement. Job design is another important factor that acts in favor of increasing productivity. Certain job design have inherent characteristics that boosts employee morale and help them perform better, whereas other job designs are associated with high levels of stress and burn out factors. Corporations engage employees in a number of motivational exercises that can enhance their satisfaction levels at the job. Such motivational factors can either be intrinsic or extrinsic in nature. When a company provides intrinsic motivation then, freshers can target their outcome by means of achieving such performance based rewards systems. Further, maintaining a self-assessment journal can help greatly to measure development of oneself against others.
